During this workshop, you will deepen your understanding of the concepts of Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis, and Potential Problem/Opportunity Analysis.  Learn to apply these concepts to business issues and learn advanced techniques for using these processes to resolve issues. Candidates must have previously attended any of the Problem Solving & Decision Making, Problem Solving & Decision Making for Investigations and CAPAs, Analytical Trouble Shooting, or Resolve workshops (3-days or longer).  This workshop must be attended before attending Process Facilitation & Coaching.

During this workshop you will:

• Refine Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis and Potential Problem/Opportunity Analysis concepts
• Learn advanced or special-situation techniques
• Develop advanced skills in applying Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis and Potential Problem/Opportunity Analysis to business issues
• Develop skills in using the Human Performance System for issues related to people and their performance
• Develop skills in managing the involvement of people in business issues
