IBM will send you a chumby device - currently valued at $179.95 - when you:

• Enroll in an eligible class between August 8 and December 9, 2008. (Eligible classes are referenced below.)
• Attend the eligible class by December 12, 2008.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other KU discounts on the eligible classes.
• Upon completing the class, you will receive an e-mail directing you to an online form used to gather your shipping information. Complete the form and your chumby device will be shipped to you within 6 to 12 weeks.

Terms and Conditions

• Students who cancel their class enrollment, do not attend, or request a credit or refund are not be eligible for a no-charge chumby device.
• Within two weeks of the conclusion of an eligible class, KU will send an e-mail to each student who qualifies for a no-charge chumby device requesting that they provide KU with a U.S. shipping address for use when shipping the chumby device.
• Shipping addresses must be provided to KU no later than January 16, 2009 in order to receive the no-charge chumby device.
• Shipping and email addresses will be provided to Chumby Industries, Inc. for shipping purposes only.
• The value of the chumby device offered under the terms and conditions of this promotion cannot be provided to you in the form of a cash payment.
• Travel and living expenses incurred while attending an KU public training class are the responsibility of the student.
• KU reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
