How It Works

1. Your Knowledge United Consultant will work with you to determine the anticipated training your organization will need over the next 12-18 months.
2. We will help create a custom learning plan to meet your organization's needs and learning preferences (Instructor-led, Virtual, eLearning, Mentoring, Coaching, Bootcamps, and Tailored Learning Events) all while maximizing your budget.
3. Once you determine the appropriate program for your organization, you create a single purchase order.
4. Knowledge United will create access to your online account where you can track learning events, view remaining funds, enroll students, create reports, and designate which individuals have authority to authorize use of funds.
5. Your organization will enjoy a streamlined learning process, a more skilled workforce, and the benefits of working with an organization committed to your goals and success.
